Upcoming EuroMillions Superdraw Confirmed: September 26th

Upcoming EuroMillions Superdraw Confirmed: September 26th
Updated: Friday 22nd August 2025

The date of the next EuroMillions Superdraw has been confirmed! On Friday the 26th of September, the jackpot will be bumped up to an impressive €130 million, which converts to roughly £110 million.

What is a Superdraw?

EuroMillions Superdraws are special events, occurring only a few times per year. The premise is simple: instead of needing to wait weeks for a large jackpot to roll up from the minimum €17/£14 million starting jackpot, the top prize is instantly boosted to a great big predetermined value. In this case, €130 million.

We're specifying all the values in Euros first here, since that's the currency used by the lottery operators - the game is called "EuroMillions", after all. We would estimate the Superdraw jackpot to be around £110 million in our money, but this is subject to currency conversion rates on the day of the draw, so we can't be certain.

It's important to note that Superdraws are separate from rolldowns or must-be-won draws - all that's happening is the jackpot being increased in one big jump. If nobody wins, the jackpot will continue to increase as usual, until it's either won or hits the jackpot cap (€250 million, or approximately £215 million).

British Superdraw Success?

Since the start of 2024, there have been five EuroMillions Superdraws, but only once was the jackpot actually won on the night of the Superdraw. The first of these jackpot wins was in the UK, on the 26th of January, when Richard and Debbie Nuttall from Lancashire won £61 million. Their ticket matched all five numbers and both lucky stars, but another winner in Spain played an identical ticket, so the jackpot was shared between them.

The only Superdraw in 2025 took place in March. While there were no winners, the jackpot eventually grew off the back of the Superdraw to an incredible €250 million, which was won by a player in Austria (the current record, which can't be surpassed as this is the upper limit for EuroMillions jackpots). Another Superdraw was planned for June, but as it turned out on the date, the jackpot had already reached a greater value than the Superdraw would have boosted it to, so it was cancelled.

How to get involved

Entering the EuroMillions Superdraw is no different to any other draw, simply purchase a ticket online or at your nearest lottery retailer. You won’t be able to enter one specific draw in advance, so either get your ticket right before the draw, or play a few consecutive draws in the run-up to the Superdraw.
