Triple Rollover Jackpot Excites Tuesday EuroMillions Players

Triple Rollover Jackpot Excites Tuesday EuroMillions Players

A triple rollover jackpot worth an estimated £39 million will be up for grabs in the first EuroMillions game of this week, and lottery players across Europe are getting increasingly excited about the prospect of winning it.

This generously sized top prize comes after no player was able to match all seven of the numbers that were drawn in the previous game, which took place on Friday 18 August. The EuroMillions results in that game were 02, 24, 39, 42 and 45, along with the Lucky Star numbers 02 and 08, and whilst nobody succeeded in winning the £32.5 million jackpot that was on offer, more than 1.7 million players won a prize of some kind. In addition, two UK players each won £1 million by matching one of the Millionaire Maker codes, which were VSQC12577 and VSQC54127. If you haven’t yet checked your tickets, full details of Friday’s draw can be viewed on our EuroMillions Results page.

The triple rollover jackpot which will be on offer this Tuesday 22 August will be the biggest of the month so far, and we have to look back to the last game of July to find one that was bigger. On that occasion, a single ticket which had been purchased in the UK scooped the impressive sum of £51.7 million, so EuroMillions players in this country will be hoping for a similar slice of good luck this week.

Anyone who succeeds in winning the £39 million jackpot outright will immediately join the ranks of some very big celebrity names, if not surpass them. These include singers Ellie Goulding and Sam Smith, who each have an estimated net worth of £20 million, actor Rupert Grint, who is worth around £28 million, and his fellow Harry Potter star Emma Watson, who is said to be worth around £39 million.

Of course, EuroMillions players don’t necessarily need to win the jackpot itself to change their lives in a significant way. Landing a prize of a much more modest five or six figures could still be enough to help reduce or pay off the mortgage, splash out on a new car or enjoy the holiday of a lifetime, so anyone who fancies doing that kind of thing could make it happen this Tuesday.

Lottery players who want to increase their chances of winning big should also take a good look at the midweek Lotto game this Wednesday 23 August, which will offer a rollover jackpot worth an estimated £5.3 million. In addition, one player is guaranteed to win £1 million in the associated Lotto Millionaire Raffle game, and 20 other players will each win a Lotto Raffle prize of £20,000 each.

Choose your numbers today to give yourself a chance of winning big thanks to the EuroMillions game this Tuesday, then think lucky thoughts and you might soon be celebrating a life-changing win!
