Lucky Lotto Player Wins £12.79 Million!
A lucky Lotto player won a jackpot worth £12,791,049 last weekend, bringing a short run of four consecutive rollovers to a satisfying end. The numbers which delivered the seven-figure jackpot on Saturday 22 July were 05, 13, 21, 35, 41 and 47, and the Bonus Ball was 23.
There were four tickets that matched five main numbers as well as the Bonus Ball to secure a second-tier prize of £19,611 each, and more than 1.35 million other players won smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers.
As always, the Lotto Millionaire Raffle draw also made a big impact on someone’s life, awarding a prize of £1 million to the player who matched the winning code, which was BLUE 3619 9606. Another 20 players each won £20,000 in the Lotto Raffle draw, and the full list of winning codes can, as always, be viewed on our Lotto Results page.
With the quadruple rollover jackpot having been landed on Saturday, the next Lotto game this Wednesday 26 July will offer a brand new top prize which is expected to be worth around £1.9 million. Several of the most overdue and most common numbers appeared in the previous draw, so the most overdue numbers to watch out for on Wednesday are 33, 09, 49, 48, 17 and 53. The most common numbers continue to be 54, 14, 37, 02, 38 and 41.
The Lotto jackpot success followed another rollover in the EuroMillions game. The EuroMillions numbers on Friday 21 July were 01, 08, 09, 26 and 49, along with the Lucky Star numbers 05 and 09. Whilst no player won the £32.87 million jackpot which was up for grabs, more than £1.5 million was won by UK participants via consolation prizes. In addition, two UK players won £1 million each by matching one of the Millionaire Maker numbers, which were HJMR07378 and VHMM07545.
This week is Mega Week for EuroMillions players, so there will be three Millionaire Maker prizes of £1 million plus a thrilling break in Florida that are guaranteed to be won on both Tuesday and Friday. The EuroMillions jackpot for Tuesday 25 July will be worth around £40 million, and if you visit our EuroMillions Statistics page or download one of our free lottery apps you will be able to view the most overdue numbers, the most common numbers and much more.
We congratulate the winner of Saturday night’s Lotto jackpot, and we are keeping our fingers crossed that the good fortune continues to flow this week. Choose your numbers if you would like to win big thanks to the EuroMillions game this Tuesday, and think lucky thoughts!Monday 24th July 2017
