Will Another Brit Win EuroMillions?

Will Another Brit Win EuroMillions?

The EuroMillions game this Tuesday 20th October will offer a rollover jackpot which is expected to be worth around £15 million after no player matched all seven of the numbers drawn last Friday. Four of the last eight EuroMillions games have seen their jackpots landed, and UK players were involved in the landing of three of those jackpots. With players in this country having had such a successful time of late, the question that many players are currently asking is whether another Brit will win a EuroMillions jackpot – or a share thereof – in the week ahead.

The main numbers drawn in the previous EuroMillions game on Friday 16 October were 07, 28, 29, 43 and 48, whilst the main numbers were 03 and 10. Two entries purchased abroad matched the five main numbers and one Lucky Star number to win €672,571 each, and a third tier prize of €448,381 was won by one ticket that had also been purchased abroad. The best that UK players could do in the main game was match four main numbers and both Lucky Stars to win £4,065 each, and 20 of 42 winning tickets at that level had been bought in this country.

Despite the absence of UK winners at the first, second or third tiers, the total amount of cash won by players in this country was still impressive, at just over £3 million. An additional £1 million was won by a UK player in the Millionaire Maker game, and the winning code last Friday was DMS237018.

Lottery players who follow our EuroMillions Statistics will have noticed that one of the main numbers drawn on Friday had been highlighted as one of the most overdue to make an appearance, and that was the main number 28. The most overdue main numbers as we approach the £15 million rollover game this Tuesday are now 25, 38, 24, 41 and 46, and the most overdue Lucky Star numbers continue to be 06 and 04.

We congratulate everyone who won a prize of any kind last Friday, but especially the player who succeeded in landing the £1 million prize in the Millionaire Maker game. Will a UK player fare even better on Tuesday by winning the £15 million jackpot in the main EuroMillions draw? Watch this space and you’ll soon find out!
