Two Share Saturday Lottery Jackpot

Two Share Saturday Lottery Jackpot

Two tickets shared a Lotto rollover jackpot worth £5,701,968 on Saturday night, so the lucky players concerned will now be starting a brand new week with an extra £2,850,984 at their disposal. The Lotto results on Saturday 16 November were 03, 19, 21, 30, 41 and 47, and the number 38 was drawn as the Bonus Ball. We mentioned last Monday that all of the Saturday Lotto jackpots since the new rules came into force at the start of October had been landed, so it will be interesting to see how much longer this winning pattern can hold for.

There were a dozen winning tickets at the second tier prize level, and each of those gave their owners a prize worth £31,841 by matching five of the main numbers plus the Bonus Ball. The third tier saw 291 tickets match five main numbers only to win £1,114 each, and 15,933 tickets won £107 each by matching four main numbers. Another 300,635 tickets won £25 each by matching three main numbers and there were 100 Lotto Raffle winners who landed themselves a very useful prize of £20,000 each.

In the Health Lottery game on Saturday night, the main numbers drawn were 02, 08, 25, 30 and 34, and the Bonus Ball number was 44. One ticket matched all five main numbers to win £100,000, and more than 92,000 tickets won a consolation prize of some kind. The biggest consolation prize landed was worth £10,000, and the smallest – which went to any entry that matched just two main numbers – was a free Quick Pick ticket for the next Health Lottery draw on Wednesday.

The EuroMillions game on Friday 15 November boasted a guaranteed jackpot of €100 million (which equated to £83.8 million) and there was one ticket that matched all seven numbers needed to win it. That ticket had been bought in Spain, and although it would have been nice to see a British player take down yet another EuroMillions jackpot, we still did pretty well with the consolation prizes. Two of nine second-tier winners had bought their tickets in the UK, and each of their tickets won £227,257 by matching the five main numbers plus one Lucky Star. The total number of prizes won was 5,241,528, and players in the UK won a total of £5,329,261.

Well done to all players who won a prize last Friday or Saturday, and for those of you who didn’t, there are plenty more opportunities still to come. The EuroMillions game this Tuesday will offer a brand new jackpot of £12 million, so visit this page to buy your tickets online and good luck with your numbers!
