Two Share Midweek Lotto Millions!

Two Share Midweek Lotto Millions!

Two tickets matched all six main numbers drawn in the Wednesday Lotto game this week, which means that the triple rollover jackpot was split straight down the middle. The Lotto results on Wednesday 7 January were 04, 05, 10, 12, 20 and 23, and the Bonus Ball was 24. The jackpot weighed in with a final value of £8,157,018, so each of the lucky winners can now look forward to claiming the life-changing sum of £4,078,509. The jackpot in the next Lotto game this Saturday 10 January will now be worth an estimated £4.1 million.

There were nine tickets that matched five of the main Lotto numbers plus the Bonus Ball to win a second tier prize of £13,649 each, and another 442 tickets won £235 each by matching five main numbers only. A prize of £28 went to each of 19,115 tickets that matched four main numbers, and the smaller prize of £25 was won by 277,532 tickets that matched three main numbers. In addition to all of that, the Lotto Raffle game created 50 winners of £20,000 each.

We have already said that the next Lotto game will offer a jackpot of around £4.1 million, so players who didn't win as much as they might have been hoping for on Wednesday can now have another bite at the cherry. Lottery statistics fans will be keen to note that the most overdue Lotto numbers to look out for – or consider playing – at the time of writing are 16, 08, 01, 21, 27 and 39.

Before we get to the Saturday night Lotto game we first have an even more exciting EuroMillions draw to enjoy on Friday. The EuroMillions jackpot has rolled over in each of the previous two draws, so this Friday it will be worth an estimated £24 million. The most overdue main numbers as we head towards the next game are 43, 16, 11, 34 and 35, and the most overdue Lucky Star numbers are 07 and 01.

Will any of the overdue numbers that we have mentioned help someone to become the next big UK lottery winner? Will the EuroMillions game deliver its first jackpot of 2015 this Friday? The answers to both of those questions will be known within the next few days, so click here to buy your lottery tickets online and good luck!
