Two Share Lotto Jackpot
Updated: Friday 10th October 2014
Two tickets will share the midweek Lotto jackpot after matching all of the numbers required to win the £2.59 million prize. This is the fourth Lotto draw in a row that has created multiple winners, with the last outright jackpot winner having been created on Wednesday 17 March. The lottery results for the most recent draw on Wednesday 31 March were 14, 18, 29, 38, 43 and 44, and the Bonus Ball was number 13. The jackpot will be split equally between the two winning tickets, so each one is now worth £1,298,472.
Five National Lottery players matched five of the six main numbers plus the Bonus Ball to win a second-tier prize worth £159,812 each. As for the third-tier prizes, there were 242 players who won one of those by matching five main numbers only, and each was worth £2,063.
The Lotto jackpot for the next draw this Saturday 03 April will be worth around £4.5 million, but before we get there we have a EuroMillions jackpot of £13 million to play for on Friday 02 April. The winner of the previous EuroMillions draw has so far avoided any publicity, but of course we will continue to monitor the situation and let you know if any more details about them become available.
We are now a quarter of the way through the year 2010 and already dozens of players have made their dreams of winning a lottery jackpot come true. Will you be among the next batch of winners that will be created between now and the end of June? The only way to find out is to play regularly and hope that luck rewards your efforts. Even if you don’t win a jackpot outright you could still win yourself a meaningful second- or third-tier prize. And don’t forget that playing EuroMillions also gives you a shot at winning £1,000,000 with the Millionaire Raffle game.
Buy lottery tickets online today and your life could change in a matter of days. Just think – this time next week you might even be basking in the sunshine as you celebrate your new-found millionaire status with a cocktail or two! That’s the kind of thought that keeps us going during the sometimes miserable weather in the UK, so if you fancy sharing it and brightening your own day, help yourself and good luck!Published: Thursday 1st April 2010
