Two Midweek Lottery Rollovers

Two Midweek Lottery Rollovers

Neither of the jackpots offered by the EuroMillions game on Tuesday 16 August or the Lotto game on Wednesday 17 August were won, so the two midweek lottery rollovers have made things especially exciting for players this Friday and Saturday. The EuroMillions draw on Friday 19 August will offer an estimated jackpot of around £57 million whilst the Lotto draw on Saturday 20 August will boast a jackpot of around £6.8 million. Add in a Millionaire Raffle prize of £1 million on Friday and there is plenty of cash up for grabs for those who want to try and win a fortune.

The EuroMillions results on Tuesday were 01, 13, 17, 18 and 45, with the numbers 03 and 08 being drawn as the Lucky Stars. Not only did the jackpot prove elusive but only one player managed to match the five main numbers and one Lucky Star. That player picked up a prize of €1,094,007, which is incredibly impressive for a second-tier prize. Whilst this second-tier prize winner wasn’t based in this country, one UK player did win £1 million by matching the Millionaire Raffle number LJJ683472.

On Wednesday the Lotto results were 03, 19, 32, 40, 47 and 48, and the Bonus Ball was 37. Again, the jackpot wasn’t won, and surprisingly nobody even won a second-tier prize by matching five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball. That gave the third-tier prize for matching five main numbers only a value of £2,348, and that sum was won by a total of 204 players. Over 245,000 other prizes of £92 or £10 were won by players matching four or three main numbers, respectively.

Lottery players who take part in the EuroMillions and Lotto games this Friday and Saturday will obviously be wanting to land themselves a jackpot, but if that doesn’t happen then hopefully the second-tier prizes will be a little easier to claim than they were in the most recent draws. Buy tickets online today to give yourself a shot at winning in both lottery games and good luck!
