Triple Rollover for EuroMillions

Triple Rollover for EuroMillions

The EuroMillions double rollover jackpot last Friday 25 February was worth over £37.6 million. Unfortunately, no player succeeded in matching all of the numbers required to win it, so EuroMillions players now have a triple rollover jackpot of around £51 million to play for this Friday 4 March. That’s in addition to the usual £1 million prize offered by the Millionaire Raffle game, and as if all of that wasn’t enough, the Lotto jackpot last Saturday also rolled over, giving players a midweek Lotto rollover jackpot of around £7.2 million to aim for this Wednesday 2 March. It should be a very exciting week!

Although no EuroMillions player matched all five main numbers (which were 12, 13, 42, 45 and 48) as well as both Lucky Star number (03 and 09), plenty of players came close enough to win themselves a consolation prize. Six players won £418,118 each by matching the five main numbers and one of the Lucky Stars, and another eight players won £88,991 each by matching five main numbers only. The total number of consolation prizes that were won by EuroMillions players weighed in at more than 1.9 million, and one EuroMillions player in the UK became £1,000,000 richer by matching the number PLP112089 in the Millionaire Raffle game.

In the Lotto game on Saturday 26 February, the results were 06, 08, 20, 29, 34 and 36, and the Bonus Ball was 43. Again, no player matched all of the numbers that were required to land the jackpot, but there were plenty of consolation prize-winners. 11 players matched five of the main numbers and the Bonus Ball to win a second-tier prize of £132,821 each, and 405 other players won £2,254 each by matching five main numbers only. The prizes for matching four or three main numbers were £79 and £10, respectively.

Whilst some players will have been disappointed that both the EuroMillions and Lotto games failed to produce a jackpot winner last time out, the upside is that we now have two massive jackpots to play for this week. Click here to buy lottery tickets online and if you don’t win the £7.2 million Lotto rollover jackpot on Wednesday you just might have better luck in the £51 million triple rollover EuroMillions game on Friday. Good luck!
