Three Share Lotto Jackpot

Three Share Lotto Jackpot
Updated: Wednesday 16th September 2015

Three lottery tickets shared a £7,292,118 Lotto jackpot on Saturday 24 July, giving each of the tickets a value of £2,430,706. We don’t know if the tickets are owned by individuals or lottery syndicates, but if it transpires that the former is the case it means that the Lotto game created a trio of brand new multi-millionaires last weekend. The Millionaire Raffle game also created a millionaire winner on Friday 23 July, which is just as well, because the main EuroMillions jackpot wasn’t won by anyone. Of course, the upside of that is the fact that the next EuroMillions jackpot this Friday 30 July will be worth even more, and players will have around £23 million to play for.

The lottery results on Saturday 24 July were 24, 26, 33, 35, 43 and 44, and the Bonus Ball was 27. None of those numbers were previously identified as ones that were most overdue to be drawn, but that didn’t stop 12 players from matching five of the six main numbers to win a generous second-tier consolation prize of £128,600. That kind of prize won’t allow the lottery winners to quit work and embark on a life of luxury, but it will definitely make a big impact on their lives, at least for the short to medium term.

Because none of the most overdue numbers appeared in the last Lotto draw, they remain exactly as they stood previously, so the numbers to look out for – or maybe even consider including among your selections – are 07, 10, 11, 21, 12 and 02. If you would prefer to play one or more random entries then you could also hop over to our Lottery Number Generator page, where six completely random numbers will be generated for you at the click of a mouse button.

The EuroMillions results on Friday 23 July were 04, 13, 35, 37 and 46, and the Lucky Star numbers were 03 and 09. Six players matched the five main numbers and one of the Lucky Stars to win a second-tier prize of £337,220 each. Another three players matched the five main numbers only to win £191,395 each. The Millionaire Raffle number which made yet another UK player £1 million richer was CTQ911477.

Buy lottery tickets online today and you can give yourself a chance of winning a £2.4 million Lotto jackpot this Wednesday 28 July as well as a £23 million EuroMillions jackpot on Friday 20 July. Have fun and good luck!
