Tenth Time Lucky for EuroMillions?
Updated: Tuesday 22nd April 2014
EuroMillions players saw the jackpot roll over yet again last night, making it nine rollovers from the last nine draws. The jackpot for the next draw this Friday 1 June will be worth an estimated £92 million, and players will no doubt be hoping that it will be ‘tenth time lucky’ as far as winning it is concerned. The EuroMillions results that brought us to this position on Tuesday 29 May were 08, 15, 17, 25 and 28, and the Lucky Star numbers 03 and 11.
10 tickets won the six-figure sum of £119,832 each by matching the five main numbers and one Lucky Star, and another 28 tickets matched the five main numbers only to win £14,266 each. There were 52 winners at the fourth-tier prize level and each of those won £3,841 by matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars. The total number of EuroMillions prizes won on Tuesday was 3,046,274, and the Millionaire Raffle number (which gave one UK player a prize of £1 million) was JPX774504.
None of the numbers that were identified on our EuroMillions Statistics page as being ‘most overdue’ to appear actually did so on Tuesday. For those of you who want to see if those numbers fare any better this Friday, the main numbers that are currently most overdue to be drawn are 42, 14, 07, 23 and 18, and the most overdue Lucky Star numbers are 04 and 10.
All players are advised to buy their lottery tickets early for this Friday’s EuroMillions game because it is highly likely that there will be a huge rush for tickets as the time gets closer. Also, be sure to consider buying yourself a ticket or two for the midweek UK Lotto and/or Irish Lotto games this evening. The UK Lotto jackpot should be worth around £2.2 million, and the Irish Lotto jackpot is estimated to be worth around €4.5 million.
Whatever games you choose to play today, enjoy the draws and good luck!
