Split Jackpot for Saturday UK Lotto Draw
It seems Lady Luck is making a weekend visit to the UK, as we see some big winners. The Euromillions and Thunderball have both provided big UK winners for the weekend and now we see a split jackpot for the Saturday UK Lotto draw. With so many draws from the National Lottery it can be hard to keep track of just who has won what but that’s what we’re here for, to bring you all the best lottery news.
On Friday, the Euromillions Lottery jackpot went to Switzerland, but as reported yesterday there were still many big UK winners. One main draw player from the UK won over £400,000 for the 5+1 prize and an instant millionaire was created on the Millionaire Raffle draw.
Then on Saturday we saw a split jackpot in the Lotto results, with two players both matching all the winning numbers; another two instant millionaires in a single weekend. Another eleven players matched the second tier prize and there were more winners yet to come.
When the Thunderball Lottery results were released last night it became clear that the luck was certainly in for UK Lottery players, with one player matching all the Powerball selections to win £500,000!
So that’s three instant millionaires, and more big winners than we can count thanks to the many lottery draws held over the weekend. What’s more, as 28p in every lottery ticket goes to charity, we all know that every single lottery ticket benefits someone out there.
Next up from the National Lottery is Tuesday’s Euromillions Lottery draw and the jackpot for that draw is an estimated £12 million. Let’s hope it’s an even luckier week for UK Lottery players this week!
