Updated: Tuesday 22nd April 2014
Two tickets that were purchased in Spain and France shared the EuroMillions multi-rollover jackpot of £60,355,247 on Friday 6 January, giving the European neighbours the first two EuroMillions jackpot wins of 2012. The main numbers drawn in the game last Friday were 01, 06, 10, 12 and 31, and the two Lucky Star numbers were 02 and 07. No details about the jackpot winners are yet known, so the winning tickets may belong to individuals or syndicates, and as soon as any further information comes to light we will obviously pass it on to you.
Nine tickets matched the five main numbers and one of the Lucky Stars to win £153,060 each, and two of those tickets were bought by players in the UK. 26 tickets won £17,660 each after matching five main numbers only and 213 tickets matched four main numbers and both Lucky Stars to win £1,077 each. The Millionaire Raffle number last Friday was CXD737171.
The jackpot in the Lotto game on Saturday 7 January was worth £6,771,863 and was also won, this time by a single ticket which matched the numbers 08, 14, 15, 17, 20 and 47. Six tickets matched five of the main numbers as well as the Bonus Ball (which was 38) to win a second-tier prize of £228,967 each. There were 428 winning tickets at the third-tier prize level and each of those won £2,006 by matching five main numbers only.
With these jackpots last Friday and Saturday having been won, the jackpots for the next EuroMillions and Lotto games have now been reset. The jackpot in the EuroMillions game this Tuesday 10 January will be worth around £12 million and the jackpot in the Lotto game on Wednesday 11 January will be worth around £2.2 million. Over in Ireland the Irish Lotto game on Wednesday will offer a rollover jackpot of around €3 million after no player landed the top prize last Saturday. The Irish Lotto results were 01, 02, 07, 15, 20 and 27, and the Bonus Ball was 11.
To give yourself a chance of winning a life-changing lottery jackpot this week, all you have to do is purchase your lottery tickets for the games that you want to play and keep your fingers crossed that your numbers come up. Enjoy the games and good luck!
