Single Ticket Wins Lotto Jackpot!
One ticket matched all six main numbers in the midweek Lotto game to win a rollover jackpot worth £6,315,123, giving lottery players the best possible outcome following the Portuguese EuroMillions win on Tuesday. That means the Friday EuroMillions and Saturday Lotto this week will offer brand new jackpots of around £11 million and £3.9 million, respectively. In addition, there will be a guaranteed prize of £1 million in the Millionaire Maker game on Friday, and two £1 million winners in the Lotto Millionaire Raffle game on Saturday.
The Lotto results on Wednesday 11 May were 13, 22, 23, 33, 49 and 54, and the Bonus Ball was 53. Although the top prize was landed outright, no player proved able to match five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball, and so the second tier remained vacant of winners. On a brighter note, 42 tickets won a third tier prize of £1,334 each by matching five main numbers only.
There were 3,643 entries that won £99 each by matching four main numbers, and another 80,589 tickets that matched three main numbers to win the smallest cash prize of £25 each. More than 750,000 tickets matched two main numbers to win a free Lucky Dip entry for the next game, and the winning Lotto Millionaire Raffle numbers – worth £1 million each to the players who matched them – were GREY 8227 9217 and PLUM 4053 6084. Another 20 prizes of £20,000 each were landed in the Lotto Raffle game, and the full list of winning numbers can be found on our Lotto Results page.
None of the most overdue numbers appeared in the Lotto game on Wednesday, so the numbers to look out for on Saturday continue to be 45, 28, 46, 08, 06 and 52. The most common Lotto numbers at the time of writing are 23, 40, 38, 33, 31 and 44. As far as the EuroMillions game on Friday is concerned, the most overdue main numbers are 18, 35, 47, 29 and 46, and the most overdue Lucky Stars are 04 and 08. Followers of the most common numbers should keep an eye on the main numbers 50, 44, 04, 19 and 38, as well as the Lucky Stars 08 and 05.
With jackpots having now been landed in both of the midweek EuroMillions and Lotto games, players will be keen to see someone continue the winning streak this Friday and Saturday.
