Saturday Lotto Rollover Jackpot

Saturday Lotto Rollover Jackpot

The Saturday Lotto game this week will offer a rollover jackpot with an estimated value of £5.2 million after no player was able to land the top prize in the midweek game. The Lotto results on Wednesday 18 June were 10, 11, 18, 23, 26 and 37, and the Bonus Ball was 06. Whilst the jackpot itself gave players the slip, more than 166,000 tickets won consolation prizes, and the Lotto Raffle game delivered an additional 50 prizes of £20,000 each. For those of you who haven't yet checked the midweek results in full, allow us to summarise exactly what happened...

The second prize tier awarded a prize of £28,610 to each of five players who matched five of the main numbers plus the Bonus Ball. At the third tier, 126 tickets matched five main numbers only to win £963 each, and the prize for matching four main numbers – which was landed by 8,406 tickets – was worth £76 each. The smallest prize of £25 went to each of 157,678 tickets that matched three main numbers only.

In the midweek Health Lottery game, the main numbers drawn were 13, 22, 24, 33 and 45, and the Bonus Ball number was 47. No player matched all five main numbers to win the £100,000 top prize that was on offer, but more than 4,000 tickets picked up a consolation prize by matching fewer numbers. Players are 55 times more likely to win the jackpot in the Health Lottery than they are in the EuroMillions lottery, so plenty of people will be having another go at winning big in the next game this Saturday.

The Thunderball results on Wednesday were 04, 13, 26, 30 and 34, and the Thunderball number was 14. As in the other two games that we have mentioned, no player was able to win the top prize (in this case £500,000) but two tickets did succeed in matching the five main numbers only to pick up a second tier prize worth £5,000 each. Another 44 tickets won £250 each by matching four main numbers plus the Thunderball number, and more than 128,000 tickets won smaller prizes at the lower levels.

We said yesterday that the EuroMillions game this Friday will offer a rollover jackpot worth around £20 million, so having a rollover jackpot to look forward to in the Saturday Lotto game and 100 prizes in the Lotto Raffle game on the same night makes things even more exciting.
