Saturday Jackpot Winning Pattern
Lottery players who enjoy spotting trends can’t fail to have noticed that a Saturday jackpot winning pattern has been established in recent weeks, with every weekend Lotto jackpot of 2013 having been landed. That pattern was strengthened further a couple of nights ago when two tickets matched all six of the main numbers drawn to share a jackpot worth £4,233,712, which equates to £2,116,856 each. Of course, patterns are psychological concepts and do not affect the odds of the game one iota, but it will be interesting to see how much longer this particular pattern can go on for.
The Lotto results for Saturday 16 February were 07, 20, 27, 39, 46 and 48, and it is likely that the two jackpot winners will remember those numbers for quite some time. Five tickets matched five of those numbers plus the Bonus Ball number, which was 49, to land their owners a second-tier prize worth £260,536 each. Another 440 tickets won £1,850 each by matching five main numbers only, and 435,149 tickets won £83 or £10 each by matching four or three main numbers.
Whilst the UK Lotto game is keeping everyone excited with its current pattern of delivering Saturday jackpot wins like clockwork, an altogether different pattern is dominating the EuroMillions game. Yes, we’re talking about rollovers, and on Friday the jackpot eluded players for the fifth time in a row, setting things up very nicely for a £51 million quintuple rollover jackpot draw this Tuesday!
The main numbers drawn in the EuroMillions game on Friday 15 February were 02, 04, 22, 28 and 42, and the Lucky Star numbers were 04 and 09. Five tickets matched all of the main numbers plus one of the Lucky Stars to win £242,567 each, and two of those tickets had been purchased right here in the UK. 13 tickets matched five main numbers only to win £31,098 each, and more than 3.1 million tickets won smaller prizes worth up to £2,150 each. The Millionaire Raffle number on Friday was XDZ942893, and the player who had that same number on their EuroMillions ticket is now £1,000,000 richer than they were just a few days ago.
Will it be your turn to experience a massive win this week? Click here to buy your lottery tickets online and if you don’t win the £51 million jackpot in the EuroMillions game on Tuesday you could still get rich by winning a midweek Lotto jackpot of around £2.1 million on Wednesday. Good luck!
