Rollovers for EuroMillions and Lotto
The jackpots in both the EuroMillions and Lotto games last Friday and Saturday eluded players everywhere, so they both rolled over to create even bigger jackpots for the midweek draws this week. The EuroMillions jackpot this Tuesday 07 February will be worth around £44 million and the Lotto jackpot on Wednesday 08 February will be worth around £6.7 million. Add in the £1 million prize on offer in the Millionaire Raffle game on Tuesday (which is open to all UK players who buy a EuroMillions entry) and that gives us around £51.7 million to play for!
The EuroMillions jackpot rolled over for the fourth time in a row on Friday 3 February after no player succeeded in matching all five main numbers (16, 19, 20, 25 and 28) as well as both Lucky Star numbers (01 and 10). Fortunately, there were plenty of consolation prizes won (over 3.11 million of them, to be more precise) to ease help the pain of missing out on the jackpot itself.
10 tickets matched five main numbers and one Lucky Star to win a second-tier prize of £129,712 each, and another 10 tickets matched the five main numbers only to win £43,237 each at the third-tier level. There were 37 winning tickets at the fourth-tier level and each of those won £5,842 after matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars. Of course, the biggest winner of all in the UK on Friday was the player who matched the Millionaire Raffle number TCW004908, because that person is now £1 million richer than they were this time last week!
The Lotto results on Saturday 4 February were 04, 07, 40, 41, 45 and 48, and the Bonus Ball was 46. There were 11 winning tickets at the second-tier prize level and each of those won £130,853 after matching five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball. 313 tickets matched five main numbers only to win £2,874, and another 436,195 tickets won either £102 or £10 each by matching four or three main numbers.
With even more cash up for grabs this week, lottery players will be keen to try and win big. Grab your lottery tickets online today to beat the rush and maybe fate will decide that it’s time for your numbers to land you a jackpot! Good luck.
