Rollover Jackpot for Saturday Lotto

Rollover Jackpot for Saturday Lotto

There will be a rollover jackpot worth around £6.4 million available in the Lotto game this Saturday 14 July because – as in the EuroMillions game on Tuesday – no ticket matched all of the numbers required to win the top prize in the midweek game on Wednesday. The Lotto results for Wednesday 11 July were 12, 19, 28, 29, 38 and 39, with the number 30 appearing as the Bonus Ball. Although the jackpot wasn’t landed, a total of 292,564 tickets did manage to pick up a smaller prize.

The biggest success, as is usually the case when the jackpot gives players the slip, was found at the second-tier prize level, where a single ticket matched five of the main numbers plus the Bonus Ball to win £673,406. That prize is bigger than the £500,000 top prize in the Thunderball game, so well done to whoever managed to win it.

There were 245 winning tickets at the third-tier prize level, and each of those matched five main numbers only to win £1,717 each. 14,244 tickets won £65 each by matching four main numbers and the smallest prize of £10 was won by 278,074 tickets that matched three main numbers.

In the Thunderball game we mentioned a moment ago, the results were 01, 13, 16, 26 and 32, with the number 13 also being selected as the Thunderball. The top prize wasn’t won by any player, but four tickets matched the five main numbers only to win a second-tier prize of £5,000 each and another 140,284 tickets won a smaller prize of up to £250 each by matching fewer numbers.

Players who like things to come in threes will be interested to note that the Irish Lotto jackpot also proved elusive on Wednesday. The Irish Lotto results were 01, 03, 04, 07, 27 and 34, and the Bonus Ball was 36. The jackpot had a final value of €2,451,056, so the next jackpot this Saturday is expected to be worth around €3 million.

Congratulations to everyone who managed to win a consolation prize of any size on Wednesday, and we hope that you fare even better in the next round of Lotto and Thunderball games this weekend. Buy your lottery tickets today and you could also give yourself a chance to win the £59 million jackpot in the EuroMillions on Friday!
