Rollover Jackpot for Friday EuroMillions
The EuroMillions game this Friday 12 April will offer a rollover jackpot of around £22 million after no player was able to win the £12.85 million that was up for grabs in the midweek draw. The last two Friday EuroMillions jackpots were both landed in great style, so lottery players will be hoping that they can make it a hat-trick by winning a third. Of course, the midweek game wasn’t a complete disappointment by any means – more than 1.49 million consolation prizes were won, and the combined value of the cash landed by players in the UK was £2,572,608.
The EuroMillions results on Tuesday 9 April were 15, 35, 38, 44 and 48, and the Lucky Star numbers were 05 and 10. Three tickets won £245,044 each at the second-tier level by matching the five main numbers and one Lucky Star, and two of those tickets had been entered by UK players. Another Brit was celebrating at the third-tier level, where a total of four tickets matched five main numbers only to win £61,261 each.
43 tickets won £2,849 each by matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars, whilst another 630 tickets matched four main numbers and one Lucky Star to win £170 each. All other winning tickets landed smaller prizes of up to £89 each in the main game, but one ticket fared even better by matching the Millionaire Raffle number PLK071629 to win the top prize of £1 million.
There were certainly plenty of winners in the EuroMillions game last night, and with a bigger jackpot likely to attract a greater number of participants in the next game it is a safe bet that there will be even more prizes won this Friday. Those of you who like to follow our EuroMillions statistics might want to note that the most overdue main numbers are 07, 47, 18, 45 and 06, and the most overdue Lucky Star numbers are 03 and 08.
We are obviously looking forward to the £22 million EuroMillions draw this Friday, but we shouldn’t overlook the chance to win a midweek Lotto jackpot of around £2 million this evening (Wednesday 10 April).
