Quadruple Rollover Jackpot Ahead
Updated: Monday 16th June 2014
Good Friday this year could turn out to be the one that makes someone £41 million richer thanks to a quadruple rollover jackpot that will be up for grabs in the EuroMillions lottery game. The EuroMillions results on Tuesday 15 April were 03, 14, 26, 47 and 50, with the numbers 07 and 11 appearing as the Lucky Stars, and although no player won the jackpot itself, three tickets purchased outside the UK managed to pick up a second tier prize of €353,233 each. The total number of consolation prizes won was 1,614,271 and the total value of cash won by UK players was £1,968,804.
There were eight tickets that matched all five of the main numbers without either of the Lucky Stars to win a third tier prize of £30,446 each, and one of those tickets was owned by a player in the UK. Another 10 tickets purchased in this country were among 27 that won £4,510 each by matching four main numbers and both of the Lucky Stars. Prizes won at the lower levels for matching fewer numbers were obviously smaller, with the smallest prize of £2.90 going to each of 931,036 tickets that matched two main numbers only.
In addition to all of the consolation prize winners in the main game, one UK player won £1,000,000 by matching the Millionaire Raffle number RCQ422826. It is incredible to think that every person who buys a ticket for the EuroMillions game has a chance of winning themselves millionaire status even if the main jackpot rolls over or is won by someone else, but that really is the case, and someone will experience the very same 'instant wealth' transformation this Friday.
For those players who want to include any of the most overdue numbers on their tickets in the next game, the main numbers to consider are 09, 48, 15, 31 and 46, whilst the most overdue Lucky Stars are 06 and 01. Those of you who prefer to follow the most common numbers should look instead at the main numbers 50, 04, 19, 44 and 38, as well as the Lucky Stars 05 and 02. Of course, yet another option is for you to enter one or two completely random entries, in which case you might like to try out our new-look EuroMillions Number Generator.
There are still a couple of days for you to obtain your tickets for the quadruple rollover EuroMillions game, but if you also want to participate in the Lotto game this evening as well you will need to act quickly. Click here to buy your tickets online right now and you might soon be celebrating a Lotto jackpot win worth £2.2 million.
