Quad Rollover for Tuesday EuroMillions
No player succeeded in matching all of the numbers required to win the EuroMillions jackpot on Friday 4 June, so there will be a quadruple rollover jackpot of around £48 million up for grabs this Tuesday. We have already said that the Millionaire Raffle game this Tuesday will make 15 players millionaires, so UK players who buy themselves a EuroMillions ticket will have multiple chances of changing their lives forever. If that isn’t good news at the start of the week then we don’t know what is!
The EuroMillions results for last Friday 4 June were 04, 39, 40, 49 and 50, and the Lucky Star numbers were 02 and 05. The second-tier prize was worth £249,618, and that sum was won by five players who each matched the five main numbers and one Lucky Star. The third-tier prize, landed by nine players who matched five main numbers only, was worth £46,225 each. The Millionaire Raffle prize last Friday made one player £1 million richer with the number LVV026736.
In the Lotto game on Saturday 5 June, the jackpot was a lot more forthcoming, and three tickets matched all six main numbers to share the £4.4 million prize fund. The Lotto results were 07, 21, 25, 32, 43 and 44, and the Bonus Ball was 27. With three tickets sharing the jackpot, each one now has a value of £1.46 million, so if you played the Lotto game last Saturday and you haven’t yet check your numbers, it might be a very good idea to do so now.
Over 600,000 players who failed to win the Lotto jackpot on Saturday still managed to pick up a consolation prize of some sort. The second-tier prize was worth £134,457, and there were nine players who won that sum by matching five main numbers and the Bonus Ball. 644 players won £1,174 each by matching five main numbers only, and the remaining winners landed prizes of £48 or £10 for matching four or three main numbers, respectively.
With a EuroMillions quad rollover jackpot of £48 million and 15 Millionaire Raffle prizes of £1 million each up for grabs this Tuesday, it makes sense to buy your lottery tickets without delay. Don’t forget to also play the Lotto game on Wednesday, when the jackpot will be worth around £2.4 million. Good luck!Monday 6th June 2011
