One Ticket Wins Lotto Jackpot

One Ticket Wins Lotto Jackpot

One ticket matched all six main numbers required to win the Lotto jackpot outright in the midweek game on Wednesday 23 July, and the lucky owner of that successful entry can now look forward to getting their hands on the impressive sum of £2,498,916. The Lotto numbers that made it happen for the player concerned were 14, 18, 20, 30, 43 and 47, and the Bonus Ball number was 35. There were more than 115,000 prizes won in total, plus another 50 Lotto Raffle prizes of £20,000 each, so plenty of participants emerged from the game with good reason to celebrate.

The biggest consolation prize was won at the second tier, where a single ticket matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball to secure a prize worth £199,461. Another 91 tickets matched five main numbers without the Bonus Ball, and each of those won £1,861 each. There were 5,228 tickets that won £171 each by matching four main numbers, and 110,593 tickets won £25 each by matching three numbers. As always, the full list of winning Lotto Raffle numbers can be found by visiting our Lottery Results page.

There were no top prize winners in the Health Lottery game last night, but more than 3,000 entries won a consolation of some sort. For those of you who played the game but haven't yet checked your tickets, the main numbers drawn midweek were 13, 16, 32, 36 and 38, and the Bonus Ball number was 40.

The results of the Irish Lotto draw on Wednesday night were 07, 09, 24, 26, 36 and 43, and the Bonus Ball number was 44. No ticket matched all of the main numbers, so the €3.89 million jackpot rolled over to Saturday, when the top prize will be worth an estimated €4.5 million. There were no winners at the second tier prize level, but 19 tickets won €2,503 each by matching five main numbers only, and over 26,000 tickets won smaller prizes.

Looking ahead to what we hope will be yet another sunny weekend in the UK, the EuroMillions game should get things off to a good start on Friday by offering a double rollover jackpot worth around £24 million. Then, on Saturday, the Lotto game will give players the chance to win a brand new jackpot worth around £4.1 million. Click here to buy tickets for both games and if you don't win big in the first you just might get rich in the second! Enjoy the games and good luck!
