One Saturday Lotto Jackpot Winner

One Saturday Lotto Jackpot Winner

There was one jackpot winner in the Lotto game on Saturday 2 June, so the owner of the ticket that succeeded in matching all six main numbers is now £4,392,003 richer than they were before the draw. We don’t know if the winner is aware of their win yet, but if so they are sure to remember the Diamond Jubilee weekend for a very long time! The Lotto results on Saturday were 16, 18, 20, 25, 29 and 34, and the Bonus Ball number was 15.

14 tickets won a second-tier prize of £96,527 each by matching five of the main numbers and the Bonus Ball, whilst 385 other tickets matched the five main numbers only to win £2,193 each. 23,276 tickets won £79 each by matching four main numbers only, and 462,370 tickets matched three main numbers to win the lowest consolation prize of £10 each. For anyone who didn’t win a Lotto prize and would like a second bite at the cherry, the jackpot in the midweek Lotto game this Wednesday 6 June will be worth around £2.2 million.

Talking of second chances, no ticket won the jackpot in the EuroMillions game on Friday 1 June, so players have a jackpot of around £106 million to play for this Tuesday. To be accurate, this isn’t exactly a second chance because the jackpot has now rolled over ten times in a row, but we don’t think anyone will mind having an eleventh chance to win big!

The biggest EuroMillions winner in the UK on Friday was the one who matched the Millionaire Raffle number KQZ010341 to land a prize of £1 million, but six tickets matched the five main EuroMillions numbers and one Lucky Star to win a second-tier prize of £340,774 each. 14 tickets won £48,682 each by matching the five main numbers only, and another 70 tickets matched four main numbers and both Lucky Stars to win £4,868 each. Overall, there were more than 4.5 million winning tickets in the EuroMillions game on Friday, so plenty of players had something to smile about.

Congratulations to everyone who won a prize on Friday or Saturday, and good luck to everyone who has a go at winning a jackpot this week. Buy your lottery tickets online today for your chance to win £106 million in the EuroMillions game this Tuesday and/or £2.2 million in the Lotto game on Wednesday!
