New Health Lottery Draw Launched!
The Health Lottery has been shouting for quite some time about the fact that it only costs £1 to play, and that has made it a popular game amongst budget-conscious players everywhere. That popularity may soon increase even further, because it has just launched a brand new 50p Quick Pick game that will take place twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday. The lower cost of entry will obviously qualify players to win lower prizes than are available in the main Health Lottery draws, but the top prize is still big enough to make a significant difference to most people's lives.
As you might have gathered from the 50p Quick Pick name, entries purchased for the new draws will cost 50p and will allocate a random selection of numbers to players rather than allowing them to choose their own. When the game takes place, five winning numbers will be drawn, and prizes will be won by any entry that matches at least two of them. The prize amounts are fixed, and vary according to how many numbers you match, as follows:
Match 2 numbers to win £1
Match 3 numbers to win £10
Match 4 numbers to win £100
Match 5 numbers to win £25,000
The first 50p Quick Pick draw will take place this Friday 23 January, so there isn't long to go before we see how players take to the new game. In the meantime, we have some hefty jackpots to play for in the first EuroMillions and Lotto games of the week. The EuroMillions jackpot rolled for the second time in a row last Friday, and that means the top prize will be worth an estimated £24 million this Tuesday. Then, on Wednesday, we have a double rollover Lotto jackpot of around £8.7 million to pursue, as well as a top prize of £100,000 in the midweek Health Lottery game.
Whatever games you feel inclined to play this week, click here to buy your tickets online and may all of your numbers be lucky ones!
