Monster Midweek Lottery Jackpot!
The midweek Lotto game tonight will offer a monster jackpot that is expected to be worth an estimated £15.8 million thanks to rollovers in each of the four previous draws. If that estimate proves accurate then this will be the second time that the Lotto jackpot has exceeded the £15 million mark in less than a month. On Wednesday 11 November the sum of £15.79 million was landed by a single ticket, so it will be interesting to see if someone can replicate that success this evening.
Lottery players who were hoping to land the jackpot in last night’s EuroMillions game were disappointed, but there were still plenty of big winners across the consolation levels. The EuroMillions results on Tuesday 1 December were 02, 15, 25, 35 and 45, along with the Lucky Star numbers 08 and 10, and eight tickets succeeded in matching all five of those main numbers with one Lucky Star to win £107,506 each. Even better, two of those tickets had been entered by players in the UK.
The third tier saw 15 tickets win their owners £19,112 each by matching five main numbers only, whilst another 84 entries won £1,706 each by matching four of the main numbers and both of the Lucky Stars. There were more than 1.69 million consolation prizes won in total, and UK players collectively took over £2.44 million in prize money. The Millionaire Maker code, which was worth £1 million to the player matching the same, was TSV780931.
EuroMillions players will now have around £30 million to play for this Friday 4 December, as well as another Millionaire Maker prize of £1 million, but the midweek Lotto game will give players multiple reasons to celebrate long before then. As well as offering the quadruple jackpot worth around £15.8 million, the Lotto game is sure to award thousands of consolation prizes, and there will be 21 guaranteed winners in the Lotto raffle game – one of whom will end the night with an extra £1 million to their name!
Will the Lotto jackpot itself be won tonight, or will it roll over for the fifth time in a row? We won’t know the answer to that question until after the draw, so keep an eye on our Lotto Results page for the very latest results as they happen, and good luck with your numbers!Wednesday 2nd December 2015
