Midweek Lotto Follows Euro Rollover
Updated: Wednesday 9th April 2014
The midweek Lotto game this evening comes on the back of yet another EuroMillions rollover and presents lottery players with a final chance of winning big before the month ends. The Lotto jackpot is estimated to be worth around £2.2 million, and in a fitting tribute to Halloween it is guaranteed to make at least some participants scream. Whether they are screams of joy as the jackpot is landed or screams of frustration as it rolls over to the first draw of November is something we won’t know until tonight!
The EuroMillions results for Tuesday 30 October were 23, 24, 25, 31 and 44, and the Lucky Star numbers were 02 and 03. The appearance of the consecutive triple 23-24-25 (one that has now shown up four times since the game began) didn’t help anyone to win the £81 million that was on offer, so the next EuroMillions jackpot this Friday 2 November will be worth an even more staggering £95 million. If the prospect of winning that kind of lottery prize in time for the weekend doesn’t get you excited, we don’t know what will!
Six tickets matched the five main numbers and one Lucky Star to win an impressive £196,797 each, and we are pleased to highlight the fact that one of those tickets was purchased right here in the UK. Three of the nine winning tickets at the third-tier prize level were also bought by UK players, and each of those won £43,732 by matching the five main numbers only. The winning Millionaire Raffle number last night was LPL345434.
There were more than 2.666 million prizes won in the EuroMillions game last night (note how we included the third decimal place for dramatic Halloween-style effect) and we expect that plenty of winning players will use some of their winnings to buy an extra ticket or two for tonight’s’ Lotto game. The most overdue Lotto numbers right now are 34, 38, 12, 17, 28 and 41, so if you fancy including any of those among your selections it would be as good an approach as any other we can think of.
However you select your Lotto numbers for the midweek game this evening – or for the £95 million EuroMillions game this Friday – buy your lottery tickets online by visiting this page and you won’t run the risk of losing them when the Halloween spirits are unleashed. Enjoy the game, good luck and Happy Halloween!
