Midweek EuroMillions Results
The results of the midweek EuroMillions draw on Tuesday 9 September were 08, 15, 19, 24 and 35, with the numbers 08 and 10 being selected as the Lucky Stars. A sequence of five consecutive rollovers had helped the jackpot to reach a final value of just over £44 million, and we can tell you that the next game this Friday 12 September will offer a top prize worth around £52 million thanks to no ticket matching all seven of the numbers drawn last night. In the meantime, players can celebrate having landed more than 1.91 million consolation prizes.
As is generally the case, the biggest consolation prizes were won at the second tier, and last night there were six tickets that matched all five main numbers and one of the Lucky Stars to win £132,973 each. One of those tickets had been purchased right here in the United Kingdom, so well done to the lucky player concerned.
There were 14 tickets that won their owners £18,996 each by matching five main numbers only, and another 41 tickets matched four main numbers and both Lucky Stars to win £3,243 each. All other winning tickets landed smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers, with the smallest prize of £2.60 going to each of the tickets that managed to match two main numbers only.
With the EuroMillions game this Friday set to offer a multi-rollover jackpot worth an estimated £52 million, many players will be planning to increase their odds of winning by entering an extra line or two of numbers. Our EuroMillions Statistics may prove useful to such players, and right now we can tell you that the most overdue main numbers are 06, 14, 03, 28 and 37, whilst the most overdue Lucky Star numbers are 05 and 07.
Whether or not any of the overdue numbers just mentioned will help anyone to win the top prize this Friday remains to be seen, but we certainly look forward to finding out. Of course, you don't have to wait that long to win big because the midweek Lotto game this evening will be offering a double rollover jackpot of around £8.2 million, and the Lotto Raffle draw will create 150 winners of £20,000 each.
