Midweek EuroMillions Jackpot Rolls Again
The EuroMillions game has established a noticeable pattern in recent weeks where the midweek jackpot rolls over to the next draw on Friday. Just one Tuesday EuroMillions jackpot has been landed this year, and that was way back on 7 January. Players were hoping to bring the rollover pattern to an end in the game that took place last night, but it didn’t happen. The EuroMillions results for the draw on Tuesday 18 February were 23, 26, 36, 37 and 49, along with the Lucky Star numbers 06 and 07.
The Lucky Star number 06 had been highlighted on our EuroMillions Statistics page as being one of the most overdue, so it was nice to see it appear on Tuesday. Unfortunately it didn’t help anyone to win the £12.37 million that was up for grabs, and no ticket was able to match the five main numbers as well as one Lucky Star number, so nobody won a second tier consolation prize either.
There were just two tickets that matched five main numbers only, and the vacant second tier prize level meant that the third tier prize amount was a very generous £466,457 each. The smaller sum of £3,239 went to each of 36 tickets that matched four main numbers and both of the Lucky Stars, and more than 1.4 million prizes were won at the lower levels. The latest UK player to win seven figures in the Millionaire Raffle game did so by matching the number XWV082694.
Having highlighted the recent pattern of Tuesday rollovers, we should also point out that the last three Friday EuroMillions jackpots have all been won by a single ticket. Will the same thing happen again this Friday? And will any of the most overdue numbers help someone to win big? We won’t know the answers to those questions until after the draw, but the most overdue main numbers to look out for are 09, 30, 14, 40 and 07, and the most overdue Lucky Star numbers are 03 and 11.
We are looking forward to seeing what happens in the EuroMillions game this Friday, but we are also looking forward to the midweek Lotto game this evening, which will offer a brand new jackpot of around £2.2 million. The Lotto Raffle game will also create plenty of big winners, with 50 players destined to win £20,000 each. Will you be one of the lucky ones? Visit this page to buy your tickets online and you’ll soon find out! Good luck!
