Merlin Creates Latest Lotto Winner

Merlin Creates Latest Lotto Winner

The lottery machine named Merlin created another Lotto jackpot winner last night, which means that somebody woke up this morning with an extra £2,351,406 to their name. Whether the sole winner is already aware of their win or has yet to check their numbers is unknown at this time, so those of you who haven’t looked at your entries for last night’s game might want to do so now. The Lotto results for Wednesday 22 May were 10, 23, 35, 39, 45 and 46, and the Bonus Ball was 01.

Five Lotto tickets matched five of the main numbers plus the Bonus Ball number to secure a second tier prize worth £144,701 each, whilst 162 tickets won £2,791 each by matching five main numbers only. Another 207,351 tickets matched four or three of the main numbers to win a consolation prize of £103 or £10 each, and the total amount of prize money won on the night was £6,491,410. The next Lotto game this Saturday 25 May will offer a brand new jackpot worth around £3.7 million.

The Irish Lottery game didn’t create any jackpot winner last night because none of the tickets purchased were able to match all six main numbers, which were 05, 08, 11, 14, 23 and 34. One ticket matched five of those numbers along with the Bonus Ball number 10 to win a second tier prize of €25,000, and over 37,000 entries won smaller prizes by matching three main numbers or better. The jackpot in the next Irish Lotto draw this Saturday will be worth €10 million guaranteed, so be sure to buy your tickets early if you want to get involved.

As well as having plenty of cash to try and win this Saturday, don’t forget that you also have a magnificent EuroMillions jackpot to play for this Friday 24 May. The jackpot has rolled over in each of the last seven draws, and is therefore expected to be worth around £72 million to any outright winner who manages to match all seven draws in the next game. Add in the chance to win £1 million in the Millionaire Raffle game and you could well be planning a life of leisure for yourself by the end of the week.

Buying your tickets for all of these lottery games has never been easier – simply click here to enter your numbers online and you’ll be good to go in a matter of seconds. All you have to do then is keep your fingers crossed and hope that your numbers are lucky enough to win a jackpot! Enjoy the games and good luck!
