Mega Friday Millions Guaranteed!
According to the old saying, the only two things in life that are guaranteed are death and taxes, but that was before the Millionaire Maker game came along. Every time that game is played it is guaranteed that one EuroMillions players in the UK will win £1 million, and on the last Friday of the month, which is referred to as a Mega Friday, even more winners are guaranteed. This Mega Friday there will be five winners who will each receive £1 million and a round-the-world holiday.
There will be plenty of lottery fans hoping to land one of those guaranteed prizes this Friday, especially since the midweek Lotto game failed to deliver its jackpot to any of its participants. The Lotto results on Wednesday 23 September were 09, 17, 21, 23, 35 and 36, with the number 37 appearing as the Bonus Ball, and the jackpot that rolled was worth £1.91 million.
Whilst the Lotto jackpot itself rolled over, there were still plenty of consolation prizes landed. The biggest of those was won by a single ticket that scooped a second tier prize worth £153,200 by matching five of the main numbers plus the Bonus Ball number. There were 132 tickets that matched five main numbers only to win £985 each, and over 144,000 entries won smaller prizes of £94 or £25 each by matching four or three numbers, respectively. Add in 50 prizes of £20,000 each that were landed in the Lotto Raffle game and it is evident that Wednesday night was a profitable one for quite a few people.
The next Lotto game this Saturday 26 September will now offer a rollover jackpot worth £4.9 million, but that comes one day after the Mega Friday excitement mentioned earlier. The jackpot in the main EuroMillions game this Friday will be worth an estimated £34 million, and anyone who wants to include one or more of the most overdue numbers on their tickets should be considering the main numbers 13, 25, 38, 24 and 28, along with the Lucky Star numbers 11 and 03.
Whether or not the jackpot is won in the EuroMillions game, five UK participants will each win £1 million as well as a round-the-world trip. There are three trip options that winners will be able to choose from, and the first visits Singapore, Sydney and New York. The second trip option will take the winner to Bangkok, New Zealand and Los Angeles, and the third option stops at Hong Kong, Fiji and Miami. All three trips last 14 nights in total and are first class all the way.
As we said at the outset, there aren’t many guarantees in life, so having a shot at winning one of five prizes of £1 million and the trip of a lifetime this Friday isn’t something to be sniffed at. Be sure to buy your tickets early to avoid the last minute rush and good luck with your numbers!Thursday 24th September 2015
