May Mega Friday Millionaire Maker

May Mega Friday Millionaire Maker
Updated: Friday 17th July 2015

The last Friday of the month is almost upon us, and that means that it is time for another Mega Friday Millionaire Maker draw. For readers who haven’t yet experienced this new monthly event, the Mega Friday draw is special because it creates ten guaranteed winners of £1 million each instead of just one. Even better, every EuroMillions entry purchased in the UK automatically includes a Millionaire Maker entry, so it doesn’t cost players a penny more than usual to have a chance of winning!

Millionaire Maker codes are generated automatically to ensure that every one of them is unique, but players can improve their odds of winning by purchasing multiple entries for the main EuroMillions game. As when playing a raffle, buying more tickets gives a player more chances to win, and when there are ten prizes of £1 million each up for grabs, plus all of the prizes in the main EuroMillions game, it makes sense to bear that in mind!

The EuroMillions jackpot this Friday will be worth an estimated £10 million, and there will of course be plenty of consolation prizes available to players who match a few numbers but not all seven. Every EuroMillions entry gives its owner a 1 in 13 chance of winning a prize of some kind, and it is perfectly possible for a ticket to win a prize in both the EuroMillions and Millionaire Raffle games.

Whilst most lottery players will be extremely keen to give themselves a chance of winning a Mega Friday fortune, one who won’t feel in such a rush to buy tickets is the person who won the quadruple rollover jackpot in the midweek Lotto game. The jackpot, which was worth £13,538,113, had to be won one way or another, and we can confirm that a single ticket matched all six main numbers to win it outright. The Lotto results on Wednesday 27 May were 12, 27, 28, 39, 41 and 48, and the Bonus Ball was 03.

Five Lotto tickets won £59,128 each by matching five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball, and another 148 tickets matched five main numbers only to win £1,696 each. Over 190,000 consolation prizes were won in total and there were 51 winners in the Lotto Raffle game. 50 of the winning Lotto Raffle tickets were worth £20,000 each, but one bearing the number JADE 2490 0037 was worth £1 million, so be sure to check your entries carefully!

The next Lotto game on Saturday 30 May will now offer a brand new jackpot of around £4 million, and there will be another 50 prizes of £20,000 each to be won in the Lotto Raffle game. Of course, you might already have won yourself millionaire status by then thanks to the May Mega Friday action. Click here to buy your lottery tickets online and may all your numbers be lucky ones!
