Lotto Results for Wednesday 25th May
For the first time this month, the midweek Lotto jackpot eluded players everywhere, triggering the second rollover in a row. The jackpot on Wednesday had a final value of just over £6.1 million, so the double rollover jackpot in the next game this Saturday 28 May will be worth an estimated £9.6 million. The good news in the meantime is that over 770,000 players won consolation prizes in the midweek game, and two players won £1 million each in the Lotto Millionaire Raffle draw.
The Lotto results which scuppered the plans of jackpot-hunters on Wednesday 25 May were 06, 20, 33, 44, 45 and 55, and the Bonus Ball was 16. A single ticket matched five of those main numbers as well as the Bonus Ball to secure a second tier prize worth £52,131, and a third tier prize of £1,524 was won by each of 36 tickets which matched five main numbers only.
There were 2,785 tickets that matched four main numbers to win £127 each, and the smallest cash prize of £25 went to each of 69,079 tickets which matched three main numbers. Another 698,609 entries won a free Lucky Dip entry to the next Lotto draw by matching two main numbers.
The two Lotto Millionaire Raffle numbers, which are now worth £1 million each to the owners of the tickets bearing the same, were PLUM 1825 5382 and PLUM 6888 1947. In addition, 20 players won £20,000 each by matching one of the Lotto Raffle numbers, and the complete list of those can be found on our Lotto Results page.
The Thunderball results on Wednesday 25 May were 22, 27, 29, 31 and 38, and the Thunderball was 04. There was one ticket that matched all of those numbers to win the top prize of £500,000, and over 144,000 entries won smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers.
