Lotto Offers First July Jackpot

Lotto Offers First July Jackpot

The midweek Lotto game this evening will offer the first seven-figure jackpot of July, and that top prize is expected to be worth around £2.1 million. That sum isn’t as much as will be on offer in the EuroMillions game on Friday, but it’s perfect for anyone who fancies having an extra couple of million at their disposal by the end of the day. Match all of your numbers tonight and you could enjoy the rest of the Great British heatwave sipping Champagne by a pool somewhere.

EuroMillions players had been hoping to end the month of June with a jackpot win, but no ticket was able to match all seven numbers that were drawn, so the £10.6 million prize rolled over. The EuroMillions results on Tuesday 30 June were 11, 15, 28, 34 and 37, with the numbers 01 and 08 appearing as the Lucky Stars. Four tickets matched all five main numbers plus one of the Lucky Star numbers to win £179,583 each, and we are pleased to report that three of those tickets had been purchased right here in the UK.

There were another four winning tickets at the third tier, two of which had been bought in the UK, and each of those won £58,861 by matching five main numbers only. Another 33 tickets won £3,627 each by matching four main numbers and both of the Lucky Stars, and the total number of prizes landed was 1,525,288. One ticket purchased in the UK also won its owner a prize of £1 million by matching the Millionaire Maker code, which was RCB961302.

The next EuroMillions game on Friday 3 July will now offer a rollover jackpot worth an estimated £17 million, but before we get to that we have tonight’s midweek Lotto game to play. Our Lottery Statistics page reveals that the most overdue numbers to look out for are 16, 13, 26, 44, 20 and 36, whilst the most common numbers are 23, 40, 38, 30, 44 and 33.

Will the first Lotto game of July surrender its jackpot, and if so, will you be the lucky player who manages to land it? Check back this evening for the full results and prize breakdown (including the 50 winning Lotto Raffle numbers worth £20,000 each) and you’ll soon find out! Good luck!
