Lotto Millionaire Raffle Offers Five Chances to Bank £1 Million

Lotto Millionaire Raffle Offers Five Chances to Bank £1 Million

A week after two ticket holders shared a £66 million jackpot in a must-win draw, Lotto remains in a giving mood, promising to make five ticket holders millionaires on Saturday 16th January. A special Lotto Millionaire Raffle draw will see the usual 20 awards of £20,000 given away along with five prizes of £1 million rather than the usual one.

Lotto players are instantly assigned a different Lotto Millionaire Raffle code for each line they play in the main game. All of the combinations have the same chance of claiming the prizes on offer and an automated draw machine picks the required number of winners for that draw. All of the awards are guaranteed to be won on the night, although if you have bought a physical ticket you need to remember to check your Lotto Millionaire Raffle codes to see if you are due a cash injection into your bank account. Online players will receive an email informing them if they are among the winners.

Occasionally throughout the year, Lotto increases the number of top-tier Lotto Millionaire Raffle winners, with five £1 million prizes having been awarded on Boxing Day last year and 25 millionaires created on Saturday 10th October 2015 to celebrate the new game replacing its predecessor, Lotto Raffle.

Lotto bosses are also waiting to hear from the second of two winners from Saturday 9th January’s big money draw. The champagne is on ice and the giant £33 million cheque is waiting to be filled in with the details of a ticket holder who matched the numbers 26, 27, 46, 47, 52 and 58 on the weekend.

A friend of a worker at a Morrisons store in Bolton, Lancashire is said to be the source of a rumour that the missing winner bought their entry at the supermarket, but National Lottery officials have declined to confirm the location of purchase. The lucky player will share the title of biggest ever winner on a single Lotto ticket with David and Carol Martin of Hawick in the Scottish Borders who claimed their prize earlier this week.

If you fancy a crack at tomorrow’s jackpot of £7.7 million, or one of the five Lotto Millionaire Raffle prizes of £1 million, you can buy Lotto tickets online or at authorised retailers. Good luck!
