Lottery Rollovers Everywhere!

Lottery Rollovers Everywhere!

The jackpots in both the EuroMillions and the Lotto games last week eluded players everywhere, so we have two even bigger rollover jackpots to play for this week. The Lotto draw on Wednesday 28 October will offer a rollover jackpot worth around £7 million, and then on Friday 30 October the EuroMillions game will boast a massive quad-rollover jackpot worth around £71 million! The message to anyone who wants to win a fortune before the end of the month is clear – play both games and keep your fingers crossed that this is your lucky week!

Although the Lotto jackpot wasn’t won on Saturday 24 October, no less than eleven players matched five main numbers and the bonus ball to win a second prize worth £114,983 each. The lottery results were 05, 09, 12, 31, 32 and 38, and the bonus ball was 03. If you recognise any of those numbers, or if you played a Lucky Dip entry then be sure to use our Lottery Checker to see if you are one of the lucky eleven. Even if you aren’t you could well have won a smaller prize worth up to four figures!

A similar story unfolded in the EuroMillions draw on Friday 23 October. The main lottery results were 06, 18, 20, 29 and 31, and the two Lucky Star numbers were 02 and 08. Nine players matched all five main numbers and one of the Lucky Stars to win  €421,893 each. A further 15 players matched the five main numbers only (and no Lucky Stars) to win €71,835 each.

Clearly, there were plenty of causes for celebration last week even though the jackpots proved to be a bit too slippery. Now players will be keener than ever to have another go at landing a big one, and lottery retailers all over the UK are bracing themselves for a veritable stampede of eager ticket-buyers.

Of course, those of you who are reading these words are more likely to want to avoid the queues by buying lottery tickets online. You can buy lottery tickets online for both Lotto and EuroMillions right now, so it makes sense to do so before you forget. If you want to buy a few extra tickets than usual and you want some inspiration for your numbers, why not make use of our random Number Generator? It just might pick you a jackpot-winning combination!
