Jackpot Hunters Look to Weekend

Jackpot Hunters Look to Weekend

Lottery jackpot hunters will have to look to the weekend games for their next chance to win big because there were no top prize winners in the Lotto or Health Lottery games last night. The Wednesday Lotto jackpot had a final value of  almost £2.8 million, and it will be worth around £6.3 million this Saturday 17 May. The Lotto Raffle game will also be bigger than usual, with 100 players guaranteed to win themselves £20,000 each. As for the Health Lottery game, the top prize is always fixed at £100,000 regardless of how few or how many people managed to match all five main numbers.

The Lotto results on Wednesday 14 May were 15, 26, 29, 35, 36 and 41, and the number drawn as the Bonus Ball was 19. Although no player won the jackpot, one player was able to win an excellent second tier prize of £223,134 by matching five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball number. There were 61 tickets that matched five main numbers only to win £3,105 each, and more than 110,000 tickets won smaller prizes at the lower levels. The Lotto Raffle game created 50 winners of £20,000 each.

In the midweek Health Lottery game the main numbers drawn were 06, 12, 16, 24 and 43, and the Bonus Ball was 33. No player could land the biggest prize of all, but there were more than 4,000 consolation prizes landed, so well done to everyone who managed to get lucky.

Whilst the top prizes eluded players in the Lotto and Health Lottery games last night, it was a different story in the Thunderball game, because one player matched all of the numbers drawn to take down the life-changing sum of £500,000. The numbers responsible for making someone a half-millionaire were 04, 09, 11, 13 and 18, along with the Thunderball number 10, and more than 138,000 tickets won a consolation prize of some kind.

Congratulations to everyone who won a prize in the midweek draws, and especially to the winner of the top prize in the Thunderball game. For those who have their hearts set on becoming a multi-millionaire, the EuroMillions game this Friday will offer a triple rollover jackpot of around £34 million and, as mentioned earlier, the Lotto game on Saturday will offer £6.3 million. Head this way to buy your tickets online and good luck!
