Jackpot Hunters Eye Midweek Lotto

Jackpot Hunters Eye Midweek Lotto

Jackpot hunters are eyeing up the midweek Lotto game as their next possible target after no player was able to win the first EuroMillions draw of the week last night. The Lotto jackpot last Saturday ended up being shared by eight tickets that matched all six main numbers, so it will be interesting to see how participants fare with the £2.1 million jackpot that has been estimated for this evening. Will the top prize be landed again (and if so, by how many tickets?) or will it roll to the last game of the month? Stay tuned and you'll soon find out!

The main numbers drawn in the EuroMillions game on Tuesday 24 June were 01, 07, 20, 21 and 48, and the Lucky Star numbers were 04 and 07. We have already established that the jackpot rolled over, so it was no great surprise to see the biggest winners at the second tier prize level. Three tickets matched all five main numbers and one of the Lucky Stars to win £223,500 each, and one of those fortunate entries had been bought right here in the UK.

There were five tickets that matched the five main numbers without either of the Lucky Stars, and each of those won a third tier prize of £44,700. Another 43 tickets won £2,598 each by matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars, and over 1.62 million tickets landed their owners smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers. The combined amount of cash won by players in the UK was £2,028,194, and another £1,000,000 was won by the ticket matching the Millionaire Raffle numbers QLQ189086.

The next EuroMillions game on Friday will now offer a rollover jackpot worth an estimated £19 million, but before we get to that we have the midweek Lotto game to enjoy this evening. As mentioned earlier, the jackpot tonight is expected to be worth around £2.1 million, and there will also be 50 Lotto Raffle prizes of £20,000 each up for grabs, so there is plenty of money available for those who are feeling lucky. Head this way to buy your tickets online and good luck with your numbers!
