Health Lottery Win Wednesdays

Health Lottery Win Wednesdays

The Health Lottery game will soon be played twice each week, giving players twice as many opportunities to land a top prize of £100,000 in the main game or one of the many consolation prizes that are also available. The new midweek Health Lottery game is being referred to as Win Wednesdays because – in case you haven’t guessed already – it will take place every Wednesday. The first such draw is scheduled for Wednesday 17 October, 2012, but because you can enter the same numbers for several consecutive draws in advance, it is already possible to secure your tickets for the inaugural Win Wednesdays game.

Whilst we are on the topic of the Health Lottery, the numbers drawn on Saturday 6 October were 03, 12, 37, 38 and 48. No ticket matched all five main numbers to win the top prize of £100,000, but one ticket matched the Hot Ticket number PHLCBV114847 to win that same amount under the ‘second chance’ rules. There were more than 9,000 tickets that won prizes of £250 or £20 in the main game, and other Hot Ticket prize winners landed one of two dream holidays, a £5,000 shopping spree or a new car worth £15,000.

In the Lotto game on Saturday the jackpot was worth £3,788,635 and one ticket won it by matching the six main numbers, which were 01, 11, 16, 18, 27 and 42. Another 19 tickets matched five of those numbers plus the Bonus Ball 04 to win £61,354 each, and 560 tickets won £1,301 each by matching five main numbers only. The total number of prizes won in the Lotto game was 622,524, and the midweek Lotto game this Wednesday 10 October will now offer a brand new jackpot worth around £2.2 million.

For those of you who are still wondering what happened in the EuroMillions rollover game on Friday 5 October, the main numbers drawn were 09, 16, 18, 19 and 21, and the Lucky Star numbers were 02 and 03. No ticket matched all seven numbers and so there will now be a double-rollover jackpot of around £27 million to play for this Tuesday. Of course, the Millionaire Raffle game still gave one UK player a massive win to celebrate and the £1 million prize on Friday was landed by the ticket bearing the number CLS893716.  A total of 3,261,570 EuroMillions tickets won consolation prizes in the main game, with six lucky tickets winning £209,766 each by matching all five main numbers as well as one Lucky Star number.

Well done to everyone who won a prize of any kind in the Health Lottery, Saturday Lotto or Friday EuroMillions games, and good luck to everyone who has a go at winning in the week ahead. Click here to buy your tickets online and be sure to let us know if you win big!
