Get Set for the EuroMillions Superdraw

Get Set for the EuroMillions Superdraw

A EuroMillions Superdraw with a guaranteed jackpot of €100 million (around £85 million) will be taking place this Tuesday 4 October, so players who haven’t yet purchased tickets for the draw tomorrow night are advised to do so as soon as possible. Three players who can afford to take their time about the Superdraw are the ones who shared the triple rollover jackpot last Friday 30 September. The jackpot for that game had a final value of £41.73 million, so each of the players who bought a winning ticket won a share worth around £13.91 million. Of course, players could do even better in the Superdraw this Tuesday!

The EuroMillions results which delivered the triple jackpot payout were 05, 15, 28, 31 and 44, and the Lucky Stars were 01 and 06. None of the jackpot winners had purchased their ticket in the UK, but one of six second-tier prize winners had done just that, and he or she won £220,986 by matching the five main numbers and one of the two Lucky Stars.

24 tickets (5 purchased in the UK) matched five main numbers only and won £18,415 each as a result. Another 99 tickets (19 purchased by UK players) matched four main numbers and both Lucky Star numbers to win £2,232 each. The Millionaire Raffle number, which gave one player a payout of £1 million, was BPM772053.

In total, more than 3.29 million EuroMillions tickets won a prize of some sort last Friday, which gives some indication of just how popular the triple rollover jackpot was. Our bet is that the £85 million Superdraw game tomorrow night will be even more popular and will therefore pay out even more prizes.

The Lotto game last Saturday 1 October also paid out its jackpot. One ticket matched all six main numbers (04, 15, 17, 26, 37 and 41) to win £6,873,588. 13 tickets each won a second-tier prize of £106,339 by matching five of the main numbers plus the Bonus Ball (29). As for the minor prizes, 518,939 tickets won £1,484, £69 or £10 each by matching five, four or three main numbers, respectively. The next Lotto jackpot this Wednesday 5 October will be worth around £2.2 million.
