EuroMillions Superdraw Almost Here!
Lottery players are getting even more excited than usual right now because there are less than ten days to go before the EuroMillions Superdraw game takes place. The big draw, which will offer a guaranteed jackpot of €100 million (around £80 million at current exchange rates), will be held on Friday 3 October. There are just two EuroMillions draws that will take place between now and then, so if you want to guarantee yourself a chance to win in the Superdraw game, all you have to do is enter your numbers for the next three draws. You can then sit back, keep your fingers crossed and think lucky thoughts!
The EuroMillions results for the latest draw on Tuesday 23 September were 12, 13, 14, 29 and 35, with the numbers 01 and 07 appearing as the Lucky Stars. An outright jackpot win in the preceding game last Saturday meant that the midweek draw offered a brand new jackpot worth £11,770,500, but no player proved able to win the top prize this time around.
There were three tickets that matched all five of the main numbers plus one of the Lucky Star numbers to secure a second tier prize worth £260,041 each, and we are delighted to confirm that one of those tickets had been purchased right here in the UK. There were no UK winners at the third tier, but two entries belonging to overseas participants matched five main numbers only to win €178,664 each.
The fourth tier prize level saw 36 players win £3,611 each by matching four main numbers and both of the Lucky Stars, and more than 1.88 million prizes were won at the lower levels. The total amount of cash won by UK players in the main game last night was £2,050,198, and another £1,000,000 was won by the player who matched the Millionaire Raffle number WTP479431.
EuroMillions players will be able to pursue a rollover jackpot with an estimated value of £20 million in the next game this Friday 26 September, but there is also plenty of cash to be won in tonight's Lotto game. The midweek Lotto jackpot is expected to be worth around £2.1 million, and there will be 50 Lotto Raffle prizes of £20,000 each to be won in addition.
