EuroMillions Rolls to Superdraw
The first EuroMillions game of the week didn’t see any player match all five main numbers as well as both Lucky Stars, and so the jackpot - which had a final value of £12.68 million - rolled over to the next game. As we said yesterday, the EuroMillions game this Friday will be offering a Superdraw jackpot with a guaranteed value of €100 million (around £80 million) so the rollover won’t make any difference to the sum available. What it will do is make players even keener to win!
Although it was a pity that a UK ticket couldn’t win the jackpot or a share thereof for the third EuroMillions draw in a row last night, players in this country collectively landed more than £1.69 million in consolation prize money. For those of you who haven’t yet checked your tickets, the EuroMillions results for Tuesday 12 November were 14, 29, 37, 40 and 48, along with the Lucky Star numbers 02 and 11.
None of the five tickets that matched all five main numbers and one of the Lucky Stars had been purchased in the UK, so all of the second tier prize winners were paid in euros to the tune of €192,021 each. There were six tickets that matched five main numbers only to land a third tier prize of £36,358 each, whilst 24 tickets won their owners a very handy £4,544 each by matching four main numbers as well as both Lucky Stars. All other winning tickets picked up smaller prizes at the lower levels, but one UK player won a paradigm-shifting prize of £1 million by matching the Millionaire Raffle number PMK200690.
With the Tuesday EuroMillions draw now a thing of the past, European lottery fans are looking forward to the €100 million Superdraw game this Friday. As we said yesterday, you can give yourself the chance to win 50 free tickets for this special draw, so do pay a visit to our Lottery Competitions page for further details.
