EuroMillions Rollovers Grab Headlines

EuroMillions Rollovers Grab Headlines

The EuroMillions lottery game is grabbing headlines all over Europe thanks to a series of rollovers which continued last Friday 17 June. The jackpot hasn’t been won for eight draws running now, and is quickly reaching Mega Jackpot proportions, with the jackpot for the next draw on Tuesday 21 June having an estimated value of £89,000,000! Should that sum be won outright by a single player, the lottery winner would instantly have more money that many A-List actors, musicians and sports personalities – and all for buying a lottery ticket!

The lottery results for the EuroMillions draw last Friday were 11, 16, 21, 22 and 44, and the Lucky Star numbers were 03 and 08. Whilst the jackpot itself slipped away unscathed, 10 players matched the five main numbers and one of the Lucky Stars to win a second-tier prize worth £157,221 each. 13 players matched five main numbers only to win a third-tier prize of £40,313 each and in total more than 4.24 million EuroMillions prizes were won. The Millionaire Raffle draw, which always makes one player in the UK £1 million richer, was QXK147291.

Players will now be keen to have a go at landing the 8x rollover jackpot in the EuroMillions game this Tuesday. For those who are interested in statistics we can tell you that the most overdue main numbers right now are 30, 31, 07, 08 and 43, whilst the most overdue Lucky Star numbers are 06 and 07.

The Lotto game on Saturday 18 June also offered a rollover jackpot, but players were luckier here than in the EuroMillions game and the top prize of £7.06 million was ultimately shared by two winners. The Lotto numbers were 03, 08, 10, 35, 38 and 39, with the number 31 being drawn as the Bonus Ball. 7 lucky players won a second-tier prize of £202,900 each by matching five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball, and in total 521,176 Lotto prizes were won.

As always, our congratulations go to all recent winners, and those who didn’t win a major prize can have another shot at the big money this week. Buy your lottery tickets online here for the £89 million EuroMillions jackpot this Tuesday 21 June and also for the £2.2 million Lotto jackpot on Wednesday. Good luck!
