EuroMillions Prize Unclaimed
Updated: Thursday 24th April 2014
Lottery players who might have bought a ticket in the North Devon area for the EuroMillions draw that took place on Friday 20 November should check their tickets without delay, because a prize of £103,310 is still unclaimed! The main EuroMillions lottery results on that day were 5, 9, 28, 43 and 47, with numbers 2 and 9 coming up as the Lucky Stars. If you recognise those numbers, or if you have been anywhere near North Devon in the last few weeks, it could be well worth taking a look around to see if you have the winning ticket that would make you £103,310 richer for Christmas!
Although EuroMillions players in the UK have up to 180 days from the draw to claim any prize (which means that this particular prize needs to be claimed by Wednesday 19 May, 2010) it is always best to claim prizes as soon as possible. That advice applies even more as we approach Christmas, because a paper ticket could easily be thrown away among wrapping paper, Christmas card envelopes and the other litter that the festive season tends to bring.
As always, just because this winning ticket was bought in the North Devon area, it doesn’t automatically follow that the unclaimed prize winner actually lives in that area. The ticket could have been bought by someone travelling through on business or pleasure, so if that includes you, be sure to check you car dashboard, briefcase and jacket pockets as well as the usual purse, wallet and down the back of the sofa!
Those of you who know for a fact that you couldn’t possibly have bought yourself a EuroMillions ticket in the North Devon area (and therefore couldn’t be the elusive winner of £103,310) can console yourself with the fact that there is a massive double rollover jackpot up for grabs (worth £39 million!) in the EuroMillions game this Friday 11 December. There is also a very worthwhile Lotto jackpot of £2.4 million on offer this Wednesday 9 December.
We hope the owner of the North Devon ticket is able to discover and claim their six-figure prize soon, and we wish everyone who buys lottery tickets online for an even bigger win this week the very best of luck!Published: Monday 7th December 2009
