EuroMillions Jackpot Won by Two

EuroMillions Jackpot Won by Two

The EuroMillions six-time rollover jackpot was won by two tickets last Friday 25 March. The jackpot was worth £121.72 million, so each of the winning tickets is worth £60.86 million. Early reports are that the winning tickets were purchased in Portugal and Belgium, but whether we will ever know any more about the winners remains to be seen. The numbers which gave the two winners their jackpot payouts were 06, 12, 21, 27 and 33, and the Lucky Stars were 03 and 07. In the UK, one player matched the Millionaire Raffle number SMY219076 to become £1 million richer.

18 players matched five main numbers and one Lucky Star to win a consolation prize of £260,835 each, and 34 players won £39,187 each by matching five main numbers only. The total number of prizes paid out to EuroMillions players last Friday was 4,933,285, and the total amount of prize money won by players in the UK (not including the Millionaire Raffle) weighed in at £9.95 million.

The jackpot for the next EuroMillions draw on Friday 1 April will be worth around £13 million, which is a bit of a come-down after the heady heights of £121 million but is still a seriously life-changing sum of money. Those of you who wish to take EuroMillions Statistics into consideration when selecting your numbers will be keen to hear that the most overdue main numbers right now are 30, 31, 04, 05 and 16, and the most overdue Lucky Star numbers are 04 and 01.

In the Lotto game on Saturday 26 March, four tickets matched all six numbers to share a jackpot worth £3,953,492, giving each winning ticket a value of £988,373. The Lotto results were 02, 09, 16, 21, 31 and 44, with the number 38 drawn as the Bonus Ball. 26 players won £46,786 each by matching five of the main numbers and the Bonus ball. 702,213 Lotto prizes were won in total, and these amounted to £14.18 million.

We will, as always, bring you details of any big winners as and when they become available. In the meantime, you can buy lottery tickets online here for the next round of draws. The Lotto jackpot this Wednesday 30 March will be worth around £2.4 million and, as we said earlier, the EuroMillions jackpot on Friday 2 April will be worth around £13 million. Enjoy the games and good luck!
