EuroMillions Jackpot Thunders On
Updated: Monday 16th June 2014
The jackpot in the last EuroMillions draw of the month this Tuesday 29 April will be worth around £62 million thanks to the seventh rollover in a row last Friday. The EuroMillions results for Friday 25 April were 13, 21, 24, 44 and 49, and the Lucky Star numbers were 01 and 09. Three of those numbers (the main numbers 13 and 24, and the Lucky Star number 01) had also been drawn in the previous game, so anyone who was rooting for such 'repeaters' will have been among the winners of more than 2.81 million consolation prizes that were landed.
Four tickets, none of which had been entered by UK players, matched all five of the main numbers as well as one of the Lucky Stars to win a consolation prize of €417,655 each. The third tier saw 14 tickets match the five main numbers without either of the Lucky Stars to win £27,134 each, and 87 tickets won their owners £2,183 each by matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars. The exact number of prizes won in the game was 2,812,962, and the total value of cash won by UK players was £3,141,344. An additional £1,000,000 was also won by a single player who matched the Millionaire Raffle number VDK003158.
The Lotto results on Saturday 26 April were 17, 22, 23, 33, 36 and 42, and the Bonus Ball number was 12. Four tickets matched all six main numbers required to win the jackpot, and that was worth £4,496,272, giving each winner a very nice £1,124,068. A dozen tickets won £29,907 each by matching five of the main numbers along with the Bonus Ball number, and the total number of prizes won was 286,300. The Lotto Raffle game created 50 new winners of £20,000 each, and the next Lotto game this Wednesday will offer a brand new jackpot of around £2.2 million.
There was no top prize winner in the Health Lottery game on Saturday, but over 66,000 tickets won a consolation prize of some kind. The Health Lottery results that created all of those winners were 14, 16, 28, 38 and 47, along with the Bonus Ball number 13, and tickets that matched two main numbers only won a free ticket for the next game.
With £62 million up for grabs in the Tuesday EuroMillions game, demand for tickets is sure to be particularly strong. Click here to enter your numbers online and good luck!
