EuroMillions Jackpot Rolls to Friday
Updated: Tuesday 22nd April 2014
The EuroMillions jackpot rolled over on Tuesday 12 June, just a few days after an extended series of EuroMillions rollovers came to an end last Friday. The EuroMillions results on Tuesday were 08, 15, 26, 30 and 48, and the Lucky Star numbers were 09 and 10. Whether this latest rollover will be the first of many or will end just as quickly as it started is something that players won’t find out until the next draw this Friday 15 June, where the jackpot will be worth around £21 million.
One player matched the five main numbers and one Lucky Star to win a second-tier prize of €1,096,061, and the reason that figure is given in Euros is because the winning ticket wasn’t purchased in the UK. There were seven winning tickets at the third-tier prize level (one of which was bought in the UK) and each of those tickets picked up a prize of £37,008.
31 tickets matched four main numbers and both Lucky Star numbers to win £4,178 each and another 745 tickets won £152 each by matching four main numbers and one Lucky Star. The total number of EuroMillions prizes won in Tuesday’s game was 1,730,549 and here in the UK one player won a Millionaire Raffle prize of £1,000,000 by matching the number LRL643710.
Well done to everyone who won a EuroMillions prize on Tuesday and good luck to everyone who chooses to play for the £21 million rollover jackpot this Friday. In the meantime, don’t forget that there is a very respectable jackpot of around £2.2 million to be won in the midweek Lotto game on Wednesday 13 June. For those of you who like to take note of such things, the most overdue numbers for the Lotto game are currently 43, 32, 38, 12, 28 and 47, and more details of those can be found here.
Good luck once again to all lottery players this week and don’t forget to let us know if you win yourself a jackpot!
