EuroMillions Jackpot Rolls Again!

EuroMillions Jackpot Rolls Again!

The midweek Lotto game this evening will serve as the perfect appetizer for yet another massive EuroMillions jackpot this Friday 21 June. None of the tickets purchased for last night’s EuroMillions game succeeded in matching all seven of the numbers drawn, so the already colossal jackpot rolled over again, creating a golden opportunity for someone to end the working week with an even bigger jackpot win of £141 million! That figure leaves tonight’s estimated £2 million Lotto jackpot in the shade to some extent, but the odds of winning a Lotto jackpot are obviously much better!

The main numbers drawn in the EuroMillions game on Tuesday 18 June were 17, 24, 33, 41 and 44, whilst the all-important Lucky Star numbers were 01 and 11. Although players might have been frustrated to see the jackpot roll again, there were twelve tiers of lesser prizes ready to console those who had matched at least a few of the numbers. The second tier was the most generous of the bunch, giving 13 tickets a very useful £118,797 each for matching all five main numbers plus one of the Lucky Stars.

There were 24 tickets that matched all five main numbers without either Lucky Star number to secure a third tier prize of £24,513 each, and 90 tickets won their owners £2,859 each by matching four main numbers plus both Lucky Stars. Well done to all of those winners, and also to the players who landed prizes at the lower levels. There were more than 3.63 million prizes won in total, and that isn’t including the Millionaire Raffle prize of £1 million which was won by the ticket that matched the number PTY033986.

It seems rather fitting that the EuroMillions game will be offering one of its biggest ever jackpots this Friday, because it will also be the longest day of the year. We don’t know if the summer solstice will bring £141 million worth of good luck with it, but we do know that plenty of people will be entering the game just in case. Those of you who intend to do the same are advised to buy your tickets at the earliest possible opportunity (you can click here right now to play online) so that you can avoid the inevitable stampede at the end of the week.

Although EuroMillions has given us a thrilling main course to look forward to, don’t forget that there is also a very tasty Lotto jackpot of £2 million to have a crack at this evening (Wednesday 19 June). Winning yourself double millionaire status is not to be sniffed at, so good luck tonight and give us a shout if you succeed!
