Eight More Lottery Jackpot Winners
The EuroMillions, Millionaire Raffle and Lotto games on Friday 4 and Saturday 5 February created eight more lottery jackpot winners, which is probably at least twice as many as most players would have predicted. The EuroMillions jackpot of £24,368,199 was shared by five winners, the Millionaire Raffle created one new millionaire as usual and the Lotto jackpot of £8,395,528 was shared by two winners. Whether all eight tickets were bought by individuals or whether one or more were purchased on behalf of a syndicate is something we don’t yet know, but we can assume that there were plenty of celebration parties over the weekend!
The EuroMillions results on Friday 4 February were 02, 11, 24, 35 and 47, and the two Lucky Star numbers were 05 and 09. With five tickets matching all seven of these numbers, each one is now worth £4,873,639. Another 10 tickets matched the five main numbers and one of the Lucky Star numbers to win a second-tier prize of £226,621. The Millionaire Raffle number which made one player £1 million richer was LKG545863.
The Lottery results on Saturday 5 February were 33, 34, 37, 40, 41 and 47, and the Bonus Ball was 05. Each of the two tickets which matched all six main numbers is now worth £4,197,764. 9 players matched five of the six main numbers plus the Lucky Star to win £191,303 each.
Owners of all winning lottery tickets in the UK have up to 180 days in which to come forward and claim their life-changing jackpot prizes. Failing to meet that deadline means forfeiting the prize, so if you played any of the lottery games just mentioned, be sure to check your tickets and make any claims you need to make without delay.
With multiple jackpot wins in both the EuroMillions and Lotto games, we now have a fresh batch of jackpots to play for this week. The Lotto jackpot this Wednesday 9 February with be worth around £2.4 million and the EuroMillions jackpot on Friday 11 February will be worth around £12 million. As always, the prize in the Millionaire Raffle game will be worth a cool £1,000,000.
