Eight-Figure Jackpot for Saturday Lotto
The Lotto game this Saturday 13 December will offer a top prize with an estimated value of £11.2 million thanks to the midweek draw giving us a third rollover in a row. The eight-figure jackpot, if it meets the official estimate, will be worth roughly the same as a standard EuroMillions jackpot, but the odds of winning the top prize in the Lotto game are much better than in its pan-European relative. That said, EuroMillions players also have plenty to get excited about this Friday because the jackpot there is expected to be worth a cool £25 million.
The results of the midweek Lotto game on Wednesday 10 December were 14, 15, 31, 36, 42 and 47, and the Bonus Ball was 01. We have already established that no ticket was able to win the jackpot, but two entries managed to match five of the main numbers and the Bonus Ball, and the owners of those entries can now claim a second tier prize worth £126,530 each.
There were 93 tickets that matched five main numbers without the Bonus Ball to win £2,310 each, and 6,363 tickets won £178 each by matching four main numbers only. The smallest prize of £25 went to each of 132,850 tickets that matched three main numbers, and the Lotto Raffle game created another 50 winners of £20,000 each.
Health Lottery players who were hoping to land a top prize in the midweek game were disappointed because no ticket proved able to match all five main numbers. Those numbers were 06, 11, 31, 39 and 50, and the Bonus Ball was 23. More than 2,800 tickets won consolation prizes, and there will be another chance for players to win a jackpot of £100,000 in the next game this Saturday.
Getting back to the eight-figure jackpots that will be up for grabs in the EuroMillions and Lotto games this Friday and Saturday, it is very encouraging to think that someone reading these words could soon be celebrating having landed one of them. As always, the only thing needed to be in with a chance of succeeding beyond your wildest fantasies is a ticket or two, so click here to enter your numbers online for both games and good luck!
