Double Rollover Lotto Jackpot!
The midweek Lotto game this evening will offer a double rollover jackpot which is expected to be worth around £8.6 million, giving fans of the game a great chance to start the month of March with a bang. We won’t know if someone will win that top prize until after the event, but we do know that one Lotto player will go to bed £1 million richer tonight thanks to the Lotto Millionaire Raffle game. We also know that 20 players are sure to win a Lotto Raffle prize of £20,000 each.
The double rollover Lotto jackpot should cheer up anyone who was disappointed to see that no player won the £11.6 million top prize in the first EuroMillions game of the month, which took place last night. The main numbers drawn on Tuesday 1 March were 04, 07, 13, 28 and 37, and the Lucky Stars were 10 and 11.
There were four tickets that won a second tier prize of €252,850 each by matching all five main numbers plus one of the Lucky Stars, and we quote that figure in euros because none of the tickets concerned had been purchased in the UK. Brits fared better at the third tier, where there were two UK tickets amongst the nine that matched five main numbers only to win £27,103 each.
At the fourth tier, 38 tickets matched four main numbers as well as both Lucky Star numbers to win £3,209 each, and at the lower levels there were more than 1.9 million entries that won smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers. Whilst no player won the jackpot, one UK participant was lucky enough to win £1 million by matching the Millionaire Maker code, which was ZDJ683356.
The next EuroMillions game on Friday 4 March will offer a jackpot worth an estimated £19 million, which is certainly worth looking forward to. In the meantime, lottery players have tonight’s midweek double rollover Lotto jackpot of £8.6 million to play for, and the most overdue numbers as we head towards that game are 45, 49, 07, 24, 20 and 03.
